This is one of many video DVDs we’ve produced for local and regional builders.  The purpose of this particular DVD was to introduce four residential developments. 

We suggested that when a visitor toured one of their model homes, they give them this disc.

That way, when the visitor returned home, they got to see the other developments that they did not visit.  Thereby, a visit to any development, helped to promote the others.

When the DVD first starts, the menu builds to reveal the four categories of information.  At the same time, various employees of Klein move by as the music plays.

Those four categories are ‘Videos’, ‘Slideshows’, ‘Directions’ and ‘Commercials’.

Each of the videos is approximately two minutes long and gives an overview of that community.  

At various times in the video, Klein employees make positive statements about the communities.  Titles appear to identify those employees.

As the  video plays, the viewer see a continuous stream of still images along with graphics that reinforce the narration.

As we prepared to produce the videos, we took MANY high quality photos. Each slideshow contains the photos that were not used in the limited time allocated for the video presentation. 

This gives the viewer a much more ‘expanded’ view of that development.

As an added benefit, we also included the TV Commercials that we had created.  

Lastly, to complete the disc, we included directions to each of the developments, so the viewer would not have to look for them.
