When presenting a home, we prefer a ‘scrolling’ presentation.  This enables your viewer to quickly and easily move back and forth through the photos.


We dislike ‘slideshows’ because they typically require the viewer to ‘memorize’ what photo is associated with a particular ‘little button’, ‘dot’, or ‘thumbnail’.

We suggest the web link to this page be included in your MLS info, all signage, and other advertising.


A ‘presentation’ web page like this would also include:


  1. •Detailed captions (agent or owner supplied)

  2. •The Agent of record (and contact info)

  3. •The Agency of record (and contact info & logo)

  4. •Contact person for showing (if different)

  5. •Relevant ‘stats’ for the home

Every photo should be of something ‘special’. Take advantage of that!
Did you notice the internally illuminated cabinets?
Use ‘arrows’ to emphasize unique features to build ‘value’
Additional information can be displayed on top of the photo at various positions, or as a caption.
Ceiling and wall details would simply ‘be lost’ in those small, low quality photos we usually see.
You want your prospect saying to their self, “Gee, I wish I lived there!”
Does this pool have a new liner? What kind of filtration does it use? Is it heated? Etc., etc.
Your prospect should be dreaming about how they would invite their friends over for an evening pool party and dinner in the summer.

Is that a hand painted dome? How was that railing formed?
What system of drainage?

Note the chimney details.

New GE convection/microwave oven?
What wood is the island top made from? What is the counter top material? What makes those appliances special? Notice the details in archway looking into the living room?
