This animation is considerable more complex than its ‘companion’ animation example #22 (“Linear Motion”). There are 200 vertical ‘posts’, complex lighting, and equally complex camera movements.
Many times the ‘movement’ of the ‘camera’ mirrors that of a ‘chase car’ following another car on a hilly, curvy road. It ‘gains’ and it ‘falls’ behind. It swings to the left. It swings to the right in its pursuit of the ‘blue’ ball.
The blue ball also behaves taking in consideration gravity and inertia.
And at it end, the blue ball becomes part of the ‘title’ of the segment this animated video introduces.
This was one of MANY animated segments we did as introductions for video lessons about ‘mathematics and motion’.
